At Venture Out Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair while considering commitments made with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ventureoutholidays.com.
Cancellation requests are considered effective only after written acknowledgment from Venture Out Holidays.
Verbal cancellation requests over phone or WhatsApp are not considered valid unless confirmed by email.
The following cancellation charges apply unless otherwise mentioned in your booking confirmation:

Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the airline's cancellation and refund policy.
Airline cancellation charges, fare rules, and applicable service fees will apply.
Non-refundable promotional fares cannot be refunded.
Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel and booking conditions.
Any cancellation charges imposed by the hotel will be deducted from the refund amount.
Certain promotional or peak-season bookings may be completely non-refundable.
Visa processing fees, embassy charges, and documentation fees are strictly non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted.
Cruise bookings, train tickets, sightseeing tickets, attraction passes, and other third-party services are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, taxes, payment gateway charges, and third-party supplier penalties.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Refund processing generally takes 7–15 business days after receiving confirmation from the concerned suppliers, though some banks or payment providers may take additional time.
No refund shall be provided if the traveler:
Fails to report at the departure point.
Misses the flight, train, or transport.
Leaves the tour midway.
Does not utilize any booked services.
Unused services such as hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, or transfers are non-refundable.
Requests for changes in travel dates, destination, passenger names, or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur amendment charges in addition to any supplier-imposed fees.
Venture Out Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods, earthquakes, or landslides
Political unrest
War or terrorism
Government restrictions
Pandemics or epidemics
Airline operational disruptions
Extreme weather conditions
In such situations, refunds will depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
Bookings made under promotional offers, festive discounts, early bird offers, group departures, fixed departures, or limited-time deals may carry separate cancellation terms. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
